I contacted Appliance repairs JHB for a quote to repair my oven. They came out and advised that I needed to order a spare for the oven. I transferred the money to buy the spare part in Jan 2023. Eventually after 2 months, the technician (Andile) tells me that the spare is obsolete but he refuses to pay my money back. I have been calling him and the shop almost every other day and they just keep leading you on, saying that they will pay. Don't trust these people, they are ******* and ****mers.
