Couriers that can't be trusted
I have never received such bad service from a company. They were appointed to deliver my MFC car papers to me. They were required for security reasons to request a code when delivering. Not only did they not request the code. they delivered to the incorrect address and incorrect person. It took 2 weeks and a lot of fighting for them to rectify the error. They still upon delivering tried to place blame else where instead of just admitting they made a mistake and apologizing - making the situation much worse. I am happy I eventually got my car papers. But I certainly feel that these are couriers you cannot trust and should not use.

WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER
Please do not ever use Aptekor Couriers. They are the most unorganized courier company. I am only the receiver and for some unknown reason I have to phone them, moan at them to phone one another so they can get the parcel to the address I agreed with them after having phoned their head office to find out what parcel is destined for me! Since when is it my job as the customer to get them to do their job. Please save yourself the time and trouble and use a reliable courier.
