Service beyond the call !!!
I had a problem with being 'forced' to accept marketing material/sms's when requesting a quotation. Sent an e-mail instead and mentioned this. Almost immediately the MD, Mr A Reed, mailed an apology to me and cc'd me in on his correspondence with their IT partner. They have worked on their website and this anomaly could've crept in. I thanked Mr Reed. Not 10 minutes later the quotation was on my desk. What a breath of fresh air amid the complacency and downright bad service we have come to accept as the norm in Sefrika. May Aqua-Net continue to thrive and prosper!

Most amazing service
If I could give them 10 out of 5 I would. I received exceptional service from the Joburg branch. I recently purchased a pool fence. From enquiry to installation, they were so efficient. They got back to me in minutes for all my queries and to install. The lock was broken, they came to fix soo quickly with no questions asked at all. I have never ever received such amazing service. A special thanks to Rusta and the sales team. And product is amazing. I am 200 percent happy with them and would highly recommend to anyone.

Poor quality "safety" cover
My Aquanet solid safety cover completely fell apart after less than 4 years. 3 of their employees told me at that stage (when they saw the pool) that they made the original cover too small to be safe and another 4 employees told me they sold me an inferior material (they subsequently stopped using it for that reason apparently). The "CEO"'s response was essentially that it was tough luck and I had to pay full price (not 1c discount) for a replacement cover. Rather use Power Plastics or another reputable company.

Highly recommended
Aquanet Randburg / Johannesburg are highly recommended. They fitted a solid pool cover to my pool. A month later I sent an email mentioning that perhaps the blanket could have overlapped the pool more. No questions asked they made me a new blanket. It is the second time I have a pool cover made by Aquanet. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are a pleasure to deal with.
