Excellent service and speedy response from Aquality plumbing Works. They replaced my geyser within two hours after i lodge a claim with Momentum Insure. This is world class service

This company is the one elected by FOGI - Nedbank as their assessors for insurance. I am totally SHOCKED with their service. They are due to view my property for a hot water cylinder that needed replacing. When asked to please see to a tap that needs attention they state they cannot do that. I told them I would pay the costs and wasnt expecting it to fall under the insurance claim. WHAT KIND OF PLUMBING BUSINESS WONT SEE TO A LEAKING TAP!!!! HOW CAN A PLUMBING BUSINESS NOT SEE TO A TAP.

Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Aquality Plumbing Works *Review:* I am a home owner and unfortunately the bank who financed my bond is using Aquality Plumbing Works for repairs. I have had so many problems since they replaced my geyser 5 years ago. The overflow pipe keeps on leaking. They say it's the ball valve. Another company came saying it's the non-return valve. Had the same problem later in that same year .They replaced the ball valve again. And I refused to pay. Then suddenly there was a pipe leaking. I feel that these people finds temporary solutions to the problem just to come back and I juts have to pay again. Which I feel is wrong and should not be the case. Find a permanent solution once and for all

Very bad company operations. I have various serious problems with them. They did the installation of my geyser wrong and now don't want to come and fix it.According to the lady on the phone phone that did the installation exactly the wrong way the previous installer did it. In other words they do or replace it in the same wrong manner as the previous installer. I'm very, very disappointed in their service and handling of issues. No friendly staff at all. They are always on the defensive and do not accept their misconducts.

This company's drive drove into my wife's car. We asked them for their insurance details so we can claim on the damage of the car (R11000 +/-) They don't even respond to the mails. Then we got lawyers involved and sent them a lawyers. Letter for them to pay..... Still nothing. Now it's going to go to clams Court. These unscrupulous individuals are not worth trusting in your home or on the road. Do not use these ****ty people.

I had a new geyser installed in November 2015 and ever since, I have lost 60 litres of water a day. I had two (2) Kwikot technicians and 2 Insurance plumbers to my house on different occasions and still my problem was not resolved. Not once did the plumbers/technicians do proper checks to see what overflow is problematic.<br> <br> Two months and two weeks later (22 January 2016) I had to get another Kwikot technician out to my house to once again come sort out the problem. The problem was with the Safety Valve that the previous plumbers could not resolve. Then the third technician has also established that the Insurance plumbers have not sealed the drip tray.<br> <br> I have also received bad customer service from Kwikot's Serving department when I called to get the technicians back to my house. Things like, why am I calling them and not the plumber/technician
