Absolutely ********** treatment. There were many staff working today at the store but not a single one greeted or interacted with my wife when she went there. They stood right in front of her and still just ignored her. However certain customers were attended do based on certain characteristics while others were completely ignored. Not the first time this has happened at the Sandton City store.

Arcstore V&A they have staff that knows nothing about people skin especially dark skin I’m so disappointed that bought 2 Fenty foundation and the gave me wrong colors I’m just so disappointed the my need to get people who are experienced

i have purchased online from ARC on the 12/07/23 for R1 517,50. Today, 02/08/23 i still have not received my order. i have tried contacting Arc on the 087 330 4946 but none of the consultants ever answered. Numerous mails have been sent to hello@arcstore.co.za, only replies received are " thank you for contact ARC , with no response to my order at all. HIGHLY UPSET AND DISSAPONTED, VERY FRUSTRATED. Arc is the worst store to ever deal with.

i have purchased online from ARC on the 12/07/23 for R1 517,50. Pathetic service, I ordered on the 24th of March and I did not receive any notification about my order or delivery. I enquired with them and they take forever to respond and they are not prioritizing the matter. Today is the 11th of April and I still have not received my refund.

I visited the Tyger Valley store this afternoon and this was the most disgusting behaviour I’ve seen at a retail store this year. The free eyebrow service closes at 18:00 which I can understand but the board clearly says it’s a payable service outside of those times. I was accompanied by a pregnant family member who was flat out told no while the lady was doing someone else’s brows well after 18:00, around 18:15 to be exact! I guess you pick and choose which customers you treat well, and being pregnant clearly doesn’t make you have any compassion. Further to that, when the male of our group was told we can do it if we pay, I was then told afterwards, she cannot do my brows – she did one of us, and left the other. Please note, the store closes at 19:00. There was a good 20 mins to still take care of me and the store doors did not even close yet since it was still early enough. I was told to come back the next day and I’m not even from the province… DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR! How can you tell a paying customer to come back the next day when the store has 20 mins left until closing? Usually whoever is in the store is attended to if the doors do close. But we were not even close to the closing time! This was absolutely ridiculous. Horrified that the quality of staff you hire is unprofessional, rude, and blatantly lazy!! Will not be returning and I would rather prefer this complaint to be formally logged on Hello Peter so that people are aware of your poor service delivery. I didn’t even feel comfortable enough to make my other purchases as this was my first encounter walking into the store. PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in a store before! This has certainly been a first, and I will not return to any of your stores if this matter is not dealt with accordingly. I deserve respect as a paying customer and this was shameful.

Pathetic service in store and worse shopping online!! Ordered 1 item on 21 September and its now 30 September - 3 calls later and no one knows where my order is! First I get told the package was “lost in transit” and then they’re apparently preparing a new order to be dispatched and delivered to me before 30 September but guess what, today is 30 September and they still have no cooking clue where the order is that they were meant to dispatch 4 days ago!! Pathetic service!!! Quick to take my money but cant find my order?! Never will I shop your store again! Go and learn about customer experience 101!!

I had the most bad service from arc V&A waterfront. So I went to Arc V&A waterfront store. The day I come to the store was to spend some money and buy my family some gifts and my 3 daughter some huda beauty products. And my husband his anniversary gift. So as I walked into the shop there was a lady with black hair. Putting on her makeup on the sales floor. She was watching me at the huda beauty counter and did not offer to assist me. So I went and look at the foundation as my daughter is using the glowish foundation number 2 and 3. So I also wanted to try and buy myself also one of the huda foundation. After and 1hour then the lady from benefit finally come to help me but she was the whole day putting her makeup on the floor and was not even interested in helping me at the counter. So I ask her to please help me match me with and foundation and the reason why I went into the store was actually to go spend money cause my daughters love the huda beauty products. So as this lady want to assist me she told me there is no color in the huda councealors for me. But the way she help me u can see she don't want to assist me. So there is no color of the foundations I wanted to buy for my kids and the highlight of huda was no stock. So I walked away and the Chanel counter ask me. I was so shock a big store like this don't have any stock. So I told the lady at Chanel took me back so u only buy the concealor the other things I left cause I was not happy about the service. if I am not mistaken the lady from Chanel help me so much better than the benefit lady. So I told her I actually come to the store to spend some money but the lady at benefits said there is no color for me. So the lady at Chanel Gigi took me back to the counter and she match me the color. And she gives me the correct color but the other lady so I was asking what her name was. So apparently she is working by the benefit counter her name is Washeema. And the way she treated me. How can people at a store like that treat people so bad. So I only when to pay the concealer and I left. And I went to wollies beauty to buy my products there. It's so hard to find international products in South Africa and now this store has brought the brand to us but the people don't want to give any service. I won't sit my foot in that store every again how can you guys employ that lady. She was very rude and how can the manager of the store let the staff put makeup on the sales floor and not even helping the customer. That was really pathetic service I ever had received from a store. And won't ever sit my foot into that store. For international store likes arc that was really bad I had to go buy my other product at wollies cause of the bad service I had received from washeema at benefit counter. Staff doing there makeup on the sales floor when the store is open.

I placed an order on the 15/12/2021, until today I have not received my order or receive any infomation on the order.I needed the items latest by last Saturday as I went to Durban for a wedding. I called the arc store first before placing the order to confirm if they will manage delivery,they assured me i will receive by friday. On the website upon checkout it said delivery in 2 days. Until today i have not received my order nor have i received any feedback. Iv spoken to numerous agents and also emailed to which i received no response. Pathetic service
