Ek was uiters teleurgesteld oor die grootte van hul rectangular countrystyle roaster. Ek sal nie ń ete vir 2 daarin kan voorberei nie. Ek sal ook nie weer by hul koop nie, hul kwaliteit het baie geval. Hulle het oor ń chip in die bak geglasuur en daar was klei aan die onderkant vasgebak wat my tafeldoek beskadig het.

O Goodie!!! Handmade Pottery still exists!! Love the products it's artwork! An the service is great!! Takes a bit long but o boy it's worth the wait!!

If you need a place for getting beautiful plates, cups or any made pottery this is an amazing space, with lots and lots of different kind of makes. The plant pots are amazing and the prices are reasonable depending on what you getting. Overall the place is great, with great products.

Ek was eers net n klient... puik sales,aflewering en vervang van breekware wanneer courier AFGELEWER het en Al's is nie heel. Nou as agent beste Ondersteunings sistren in plek en kliente en agente diens is beste wat ek al mee gewerk het!

Would have given a zero if allowed. Terrible. Ordered a gourmet set Flat lids at R2000 and what was delivered was a few round pots with no lids at all. The Courier Guy delivery people pressured me into signing accepting delivery. Absolutely terrible and I wouldn't further recommend argilla to anyone else. Photos of what should have been delivered vs what was delivered. Terrible.

Greetings,<br> <br> I sent an e-mail to Elsa on 8/01/16 informing them that my 2 pots were broken and needed replacing. She didn't respond. I followed up on 21/01 and still no response. On 22/01 I received a call from my Marketer Jan Botha and he indicated to me that I needed to place an order and pay for those pots. I told him I find it strange because they assured us when we bought and Marketed the pots for them to other people, that they had a lifetime guarantee and the more we use them the stronger they become. I sent an e-mail to Elsa again on 27/01 to follow up and I still didn't get receive a response. On 29/01 she sent me an e-mail again about marketing stuff and I called her and said she must stop sending me promotions and promised that she was working on my complaint. To date I haven't heard from her. That's why I'm writing to you.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Sibongile<br>
