Horrid experience

What an awful experience!!! I placed an order on 18 December 2020 and have been given the run around for the last 6 months. I was told in March 2021 by KYLE that I would get a refund since they didn't have the Retay gun in stock that I had ordered. And ever since I have been trying to contact this company to give me back my money. No one responds to emails or answers the phone. Seems like a scammer to me
