Unethical behaviour
Robert Arndt from Arndt Building Consulting was appointed as the Quantity Surveyor on a development called the Regency. He was also the owner of a unit in the new development and than the norm in his unit and instructed us as the plumbers doing the work at the development to instal more expensive sanitaryware in his unit. Once we did so he simply ducked responsibility and refused to pay the additional costs.
