Very poor and sarcastic service

They did not have my medication I use for cronic PTSD, they phoned thrice on 29 October on the same minute. My phone was off due to predicate day at the University. They did not follow up. A little blond girl, name something like "Martenay" or ending eith enay.. was extremely sarcastic and asked if she should only phone clients all and every day that doesn't answer their phones? I am very upset as being without medication for so long is very detrimental. Have she not heard of WApp? They have no care nor perception of suffering without medication. I return to Dishem
