rally annoyed with bambino graco
i own a bambino graco pram for just over two years, having an issue with the seat, called the durban repair center, most useless department ever, guy tells me there no spares and never had spares for those prams... really annoyed... will never buy another bambino product again...

USELESS NUK
I have already posted my complaint. Really shocked how incomperdent this brand is at getting back to people. Disney design are useless there numbers and pictures fade away. Head office has bad attitude telling you that certain stock hasnt been avialiable in store since 2013, when all the stock is in store. Dummies fade in less than a week, glow and the dark dummies only last 15 min, sippy cup **** leak really badly. My advice to people if you need to use nuk only buy there **** and go buy cheap bottles they will last you longer. Never again will i use this brand due to the attitude of these people. oh ja dont bother buying there dummy chains either they dont fit around nuk dummies.

Nuk disney bottles and dummies fading
So disappointed in my nuk Disney bottles and Disney dummies. I purchased a winnie the pooh bottle last year, all my numbers have faded off making the bottle useless to me. My dummies started fading in a week of having them, my cheap dummies from pep, pictures last longer than nuk. I do not use harsh chemicals to sterilize my bottles or dummies only boiling water, what the instruction say. I messaged there complains department and basically got told I was lying because non of this stock has been in stores since 2013. My baby was only born in 2017, why would I have bought bottles in 2013? The store I purchased my nuk products from was only build in 2016. I have pictures of the dummies in stock at this store, that I got told hadn't been in circulation since 2013. Although I like nuks tites I will never waste my money on purchasing any Disney products. I will not use this product again unless I really have to and I would rather buy cheap bottles and use only the tites.

Mouldy dummy
Mould forming inside the teat of a 2 month old dummy is quite disturbing and disgusting. My son's used the dummy for 2 months, it is washed and then airdried to keep it clean but is forming mould on the inside.

i bought a double pack nuk bottles for my 10 month old. the bottles which range from 6-18 months. i noticed my baby not taking to it. then i tried again, as i watched him drinking. he got frustrated and i noticed the milk was not decreasing on the bottle. then i realised the teat is too small. so i went to the store that i bought it. and now they say they cant exchange it. wow amazing. i am so frustrated at the fact that a product was bought now that it doesnt work.the nuk company cannot assist.very irate.

Bad quality and Bad service
<p>I am highly disappointed with NUK's customer service. I have always purchased NUK products because of their good quality, despite the fact that they are often a lot more expensive than other brands. </p> <p>Recently my veiws have changed... I bought my baby a NUK dummy chain about three months ago. My baby is 5 months old, so it not moving around too much yet. The clip of the chain broke and I found the small plastic piece in his bouncy chair. This concerned me a lot as he could have easily choked on it. I contacted NUK, and was disappointed with the service I recieved. They expected me to take the broken chain to a Baby City so they could send a representitive to have a look. I am a working mom, with a young baby and do not have time to run around like that. </p> <p><br />Today, after giving my baby his bottle, I went to wash it and it somehow has become distorted and has lost its shape. ... Is this what i'm paying NUK prices for? I expect better quality than that. I will most definitely not be purchasing anymore NUK products and will warn my friends to stay away as well. Bad quality and bad customer service on top of that!</p>
