Rude receptionist

I went to this place in saltriver at 5pm as I had just left my workplace that is situated upstairs from them .I went there to get a quote on items I wanted to have printed on so that makes me a potential client .The receptionist let me in as she was busy on a call I waited for her a few minutes to finish .After she was done I asked her about their pricing and she brushed me off saying I shod come again as she was late for her bus she cant assist me now she has to go and packed up her stuff .I stood there for 5mins as she was on the phone and now she has to rush off for her transport .I felt it was very unprofessional of her instead she could have told me to go online and Google the information I needed cause I did that later and found what I needed ,and then excused herself .The ugly unprofessional manner of how employees deal with clients when the bosses are not around is truly a disgrace .There are many ways of dealing with clients but this what this receptionist did.was a disgrace to the profession.
