This has got to be the baddest, worst travel club ever.we have made a booking for Christmas but when we checked with the venue they do not have our booking. We tried to contact Asambe the whole day, & prior to that we've always communicated with them, checking on the progress of our booking but they never gave us any feedback.We are being blueticked on your WhatsApp number. This is really sad coz we had planned out our Christmas but Asambe has ruined it for us. I am beyond being disappointed, sad. Asambe did us bad for real.

This has got to be the baddest, worst travel club ever.we have made a booking for Christmas but when we checked with the venue they do not have our booking. We tried to contact Asambe the whole day, & prior to that we've always communicated with them, checking on the progress of our booking but they never gave us any feedback.We are being blueticked on your WhatsApp number. This is really sad coz we had planned out our Christmas but Asambe has ruined it for us. I am beyond being disappointed, sad. Asambe did us bad for real.

Hi my name is Nomonde & my mom has been a member of Asambe for years but everytime she tries to make a booking there is a problem and no willingness to assist, book and confirm bookings. Since April my mom has been trying to make bookings with Nokwazi without any success. Their last conversation was last week also no confirmation was made. I urgently need someone to help me with these booking PLEASE for 24 December!! Can I also have a reliable contact details because all your numbers are ringing unanswered. I sent whatsApp but no response too. This is so frustrating because people join such travelling clubs to have smooth and stress free bookings but if we get frustrated by the very same travelling clubs that should be making life easier for their clients its very disappointing. I read other reviews and its bad and someone at the top needs to seriously listen to clients and change how you operate

Hi my name is Nomonde & my mom has been a member of Asambe for years but everytime she tries to make a booking there is a problem and no willingness to assist, book and confirm bookings. what a terrible prurience please do not use these people, they deduct my money for years but when it comes to books they are the worst I have to fight with them, this time I don't even know what to say except waao, there is a very rude lady by the name of Nokwzi Khoza she does not know how to speak to customers, she had canceled my booking 3 times saying that I was late it takes 14 days to make a book, then she gave me the date 5th October, I called after sending them the forms, they confirm that everything was fine, they even forwarded me an email confirming it was on the 11th, then Steve called me also to confirm now yesterday the same guy called me telling me that place is fully booked, how because they confirmed the booking, when i asked this rude lady why is only now they tried to make a booking she says shes not working in account department she was waiting for the funds, how was i suppose the policy, were do enter in their policy, then dropped the phone now shes not answering, people have taking leaves for this event what must i say to people now.

I cancelled my membership fee then i was having money which they told me they dont refund i understood then i tried to book now they told me the money i left its nolonger the same as before they are charging me monthly fee which they never told me about when i close/cancel the membership which is not fair i think its day light ******* they ripping people their hard earned money they should have told me when i close the membership that know that the will be money deducted every month i should have used it immediately even that 1 star its not suitable for them they deserve 0

hi, my name is Thulani, I'm really having a problem with this travelling company. I app**** for an accommodation to go somewhere on the 28.06.2024 as a result I found out that I have not enough funds for the booking, I called the center and spoke to Lydia as she told me that I don't have enough funds for my trip, I explained to her that I have never used their facilities and she promised that she will speak to Steve who was helping me with my previous bookings, at which all two were not successful one in Hayze view Mpumalanga and one in Pavilion Durban. Lydia told me that in the system it shows that I went to Hayze view that's why my points are less, and she told me she will speak to Steve about it as of now I haven't heard anything rather than one call I got from Steve saying to me he's still looking into last year files and he will get back to me but dololo he's just quiet you send her WhatsApp SMS's he doesn't respond. this matter has been not resolved in two weeks we are going towards the third one which is the week I have to go with!!! I NEED TO GO ON THE 28TH OF THIS MONTH. This is very disturbing, annoying, irritating that such issue can take as long as it is now with no progress rather than saying to you, we gonna get back to you, MXM

a) We (me and my wife) booked an anniversary trip from JHB to CPT through Asambe. In the booking we requested return flights, accommodation, breakfast, lunch and supper. b) Our booking was confirmed by Asambe and that all is order. We were assured that we will get booking confirmations closer to the date of departure. c) The booking was for us to leave JHB on the 23/09/2023 and return to JHB on 25/09/2023 d) Closer to the date of departure we received flight confirmation tickets. We followed with Asambe for accommodation and we did not get any feedback on that. e) We left for CPT as planned on the 23/09/2023 without any confirmation or assurance that our accommodation has been booked. This is despite our efforts of calling Asambe the whole week leading to the date of departure and all were without success. A lady called Lydia who promised to call me before close of business to confirm my accommodation. That did not happen. f) We arrived in CPT in the morning as planned and still without accommodation. We were left stranded and with no other option but to find accommodation ourselves. g) Indeed, we managed to check in at another hotel at 11am after all our efforts of calling Asambe has failed. h) It was only at 12:00pm midday on Saturday that we received communication from Asambe that accommodation has finally been booked. At that time we have already checked in at another hotel and preparing to go attend an event to celebrate our anniversary. i) We had to immediately check out and go to where Asambe have booked for us. j) On the booking form that we submitted to Asambe, we indicated that breakfast, lunch and supper be included. However, we were only provided breakfast. We had to spend again on what was supposed to have been included on the accommodation as indicated on the booking form. k) For the duration of our stay in Cape Town, we have spent R1 762.7 for lunch and supper directly from our pockets. These costs were supposed to have been included in our accommodation for the duration of our stay. l) We informed Asambe of this inconvenience after our trip and have requested that they refund us the R1 762.7. m) We were informed that the refund process takes 90 days, which expires end of December. We waited to this day and we still have not received our refund.

I sent my booking form 6 days ago and still haven't received any feedback regarding my booking. Whenever I call the agency to enquire I am told that someone has been allocated my booking. They never say who is the consultant responsible. I am always calling in to request feedback and the person assisting is just casual and there's no accountability. This agency is just ******* and a waste of people's hard-earned money. The Tourism Board needs to step in ASAP. They are receiving my email next!
