Fraudulent business activity: ASAP Courier Services and The Puppy House

The Puppy House (www.thepuppyhouse.co.za) claims that they sell pure bred puppies which are fully registered, vaccinated and dewormed. I paid R4500 for a Yorkshire Terrier. They are based in Upington and their website looks fully legit BUT they don't exist! They work with a courier company, ASAP courier services (https://asapcourierservicesa.co.za) (asapcourierservice@qualityservice.com) (27605871026), whose site also looks legit. I was informed by Koert Niccolas (owner of the puppy house) that ASAP couriers have my puppy and they required R13750.00 for a 'special crate' for the puppy, then they needed R25000.00 for temp insurance. of which R13000 + R25000 would be refundable when puppy was delivered. Then i received an email that the dog was quarantined as its parents originated from the USA and needed a special permit to be released. This costed R68000!!! which would also be fully refunable. the quarantine office at OR Tambo confirmed this is not factual, they never charge this amount and would never quarantine any animal for 6 months.

I was scammed by both The Puppy House and ASAP courier services
