Do Not Buy From This Company! Full ****!
It seems I'm one of the unlucky victims too. More than a month later on payment for a fridge and never received and no response to any form of communication. I learn't of this business on price check and I hope its a lesson to them too to do more thorough research on companies that they are advertising for. The price of the fridge was half of what it is on take a lot. I should have known better. As they say if its too good to be true it is. it was a chance I took and it slapped me in the face. Anyone successfully report with SAPS and get anywhere? Unfortunately I am out of the country and asked a friend to report on my behalf and SAPS would not allow her. I wonder if the account has been frozen by ABSA and if anyone is getting their money back?

Good day Our order was paid for on the 19th December already, we received confirmation of payment from you on the 20th of December. It is now the 5th of February, we still have not received our washing machine, you do not reply to emails, you do not answer your phone calls and we are getting no feedback whatsoever from you. This matter has been handed over to SAPS, including your company name, registration number, your name, Mr Ndumiso Mvongisene Xaba, so they will be dealing with as you provide false information on your website as an address. CLEARLY A *****ULENT ****MER - PLEASE DON'T USE!!! I ordered a washing machine from Ascensionshop and received an order confirmation on 21 January 2025. Since then, however, their phone line does not respond, they don't respond to emails, the chat on their website is not working. I will now start legal proceedings to get my money back.

Bad service
Extremely bad service and bad communication I ordered and pay for washing machine on 03 December 2024 until today I didn't receive my order when I tried to calling them they don't picked up the call youll waiting for more then a hour. When you send an email they don't respond back.

Zero Service Delivery while Money Taken
I bought a QLED TV from their online platform on the 29 Nov 2024, today is the 19 Jan 2025, guess what - I haven't received anything. The delivery date given to me via their chat was the 10 Dec 2024 and the delivery never occurred. Since then I have been sending chats and e-mails but to no avail, one wonder if they see these chats and e-mails or not. Now, I am pleading for all of us who are complaining here to open ******** cases with hawks perhaps the owner(s) can be held accountable.
