on quite few times i have gone to collect kids from the school only to wait up to 45mins to 1hour, asking why they so late, the teacher came late or kept them in, i have phoned, e-mailed, and even sent message on facebook but no response, i think all the teachers and upper management need a time keeping course, they no regard for the parents waiting but let a payment be late you will get a phone asking for payment
