Grateful for an Outstanding School – Excellence in Every Way
Both of my children have attended Aston Manor Primary, and I am truly grateful for everything the school has done for them. The academic standards are excellent, and the teachers are dedicated, supportive, and skilled at helping each child reach their potential. Guided by a brilliant principal, the school creates a nurturing and inspiring environment where students thrive both academically and personally. We are very thankful for the care, guidance, and encouragement provided by the entire Aston Manor team.

Grateful for an Outstanding School – Excellence in Every Way

Harsh treatment by Aston Manor Principal
I am very disappointed in the selection criteria the school uses. I applied for my child through GDE and to my shock the principal knocked on my door to verify if I was indeed staying at the address I applied using. I have tried reporting the harassment I felt as he wanted to see where my child sleeps. It is unfair that a person can use your address to come harass you and intimidate you about your application. I wish the department would address this matter as now we can’t take our kids to preferred schools due to treatment from Aston manor primary school principal.

Excellent School
The best primary school in the East rand area. They really groom their pupils very well. The kids are very respectful, teachers very loving and Mr Botha the principal is a great man. Thank you for a fantastic job that you are doing.

Bad Attitude and Rude administrator
The school admission administrator is rude and disrespectful and angry she thinks by doing her job she actually doing one a Favour and the worse part is she said im doing u a favour by placing your daughter at our school. The deputy principal made the matter worse by trying to defend her and explain what she meant by favour. Im so disappointed and disrespected with the way I was treated yesterday 03/12/2019 at 09:00.

So sorry to hear you had such a treatment at AMPS. I thought water and light/lease agreement was the only accepted proof of residence. So do they visit all the applicants to confirm their address? Gosh! We had no issue at all with the registration of our three children and were definitely not visited by anyone to confirm our address. Hope you came right in the end.
