I’m extremely disappointed with @AstronEnergySA. I filled petrol at your Lenasia Ext 1 garage and my car broke down shortly after. The manager confirmed the petrol was contaminated with water, yet now the claim has been rejected and I’m expected to pay for repairs. This is unacceptable. Under the Consumer Protection Act, you are responsible for supplying safe products. Please resolve this urgently or I will escalate the matter to the National Consumer Commission and Small Claims Court.

I am writing to express my severe disappointment with one of the cashier's Asa, an employee at FreshStop, 87 Victoria Road, Somerset West. For over 8 years, every visit has been ruined by her unprofessional, dismissive, and extremely rude behavior. She takes preference with certain customers, ignores others, and is always on her phone, especially at night. She has absolutely no people skills or etiquette of any sort. She comes across as downright irritable, making every visit when she is on shift a frustrating experience. This ongoing mistreatment is completely unacceptable. I demand a formal response and immediate action from FreshStop, as every visit when she works has been deeply irritating and uncomfortable and just extremely unpleasant!!

Astron Energy Moorton and fresh stop crispy chicken/grill and go First fore court attends very rude and honestly not all of them While filling fuel one assumes he or she can get tyres aired up but no cos the airline at fuel island not working One has to go to another section to fill air which is time consuming As for the crispy chicken or grill and go one must pay R3 extra to get a sandwich toasted yet at the astron in an area call 45th cutting no such thing of pay extra to get a sandwich toasted Furthermore when waiting for ones food the guard comes up to you and say don't wait here wait another side Okay if told wait another side when it's busy i can understand but i was just told to wait another side when i was basically the only customer there Anyways from my experiences at astron Energy Moorton service is absolutely bad I would have given NO STAR but not allowed

Lizzy, a cashier at Astron De Deur is the worst brand ambassador for the growing brand like Astron . The sooner something is done about her stinking attitude the better. I frequent the service station to support Astron but today I was treated so bad by Lizzy. I queued at the store as I was buying few items. When it was my turn to buy I ask that I purchase powerball tickets. She rudely said I must go outside to queue again for lotto ticket. I thought she was joking but she arrogantly insisted that she has her managers attention to treat us like that. I asked to speak to the manager. She refused to go ask for the manager and rudely said I must come on Monday. That's the kind of treatment that Lizzy is subjecting us to. She does as she pleases knowing that there is no immediate manager to hold her accountable. I refused to queue twice and couldn't play lotto because of Lizzy. Is Lizzy the owner of Astrony and does she have a green light to make unreasonable demands to your valued customers!

Dear Astron, i visited your pertrol station Marlands branch this morning and received the most unprofessional service from your staff. I went there to pour diesel. The petrol attendant who was assisting me didnt ask me whether oil and water is fine. Ok i passed that, when it was time to pay he didnt ask me about the points card. I then asked him whether the garage no longer request card for points since he only swiped my payment card, he just simply walked away. I then asked the other two attendants who were busy with other customers to assist me. One of them came and i asked him whether they no longer ask for point cards, he said they do and assisted me. The attendant who walked away now came back after he saw his Colleague was assisting me. I asked him why he is giving me unprofessional service, he just shouted like i am bothering him and walked away again. We have been using this garage for years since it was caltex and we have never received such bad service. I personally choose to buy at this garage instead of other garages because of the good service we have always received. Your unprofessional staff gave me a slip that was not written his name on. My card was swiped at 8:12:45. His Colleague who came to assist me with a points slip gave me a slip that showed a name and the slip was printed at 8;15am the second slip was written P Tshibaloni. Astron, this particular staff who gave me unpoffessional service is really dragging your brand to the mud. we will avoid using your garage because of one staff member who disrespects customers. For the first time in history of many years, I have never been assisted by such a rude staff member.
