Absolutely Revolting Service

Worst experience ever. They require payment before attending to any work. They receive their money, Thousands of rands, you the client have to follow up, when will they do the job, when are they available. Absolutely NO communication!!!!!! They charge according to work that needs to be done, all good, BUT then they send out the technician, blow the transformers, want to let you pay another quote because the technician is not a qualified electrician. Their work is not on standard, replace square lights with round lights, the gaps and holes left behind looks disgusting. I will never refer this company to anyone. We had to get another contractor to fix their mess for half the price. Their excuse, we can't find a square light. We went online and found suppliers with square lights in split seconds. If you want to throw money in the water, PLEASE USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! And after all the fights and evidence on camera, WhatsApp's etc. they are a company that is always right, NOT THE CLIENT!!!! You are NOT a client, you are MONEY!!!!
