Awesome place
The place is really far I must be honest 😂 far from civilisation please have your drinks cause they charges prizes from the flights 😂😂😂😂😂 lastly remember you buy the ticket and when you get there you still have to pay to enter the farm it’s something that we don’t know or I can say we don’t pay attention too once you see the 499 and immediately think that’s what it cost no you still have to pay and another thing I forgot to mention don’t pay for a kid online cause you will be charged full price hence it is not and you won’t be refunded and they are not allowed to ride alone in the quad Besides everything that I have said it is a nice experience the guy we were with was amazing he was a good photographer his name is Patrick he was great My kids enjoyed they had a great time we all had fun the place is very hot 🔥 i wish they can have a 30 minutes ride for those who just want to take photos and get out of the place cause some of us don’t do good in the sun for too long it was worth it a dream come true especially if one would be going with family it is actually something to be celebrated I know the kids wished for the time to be long 🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴 this is a must do when you in Cape Town on your next visit you will love the experience most importantly you will love the pictures 😂😂😂 they are called memories for a reason

Awesome place

Poor customer service the lady should be fired or the company needs to be **** down am all the way from Mpumalanga to experience Capetowm i still have 5 days but already feel like am still gonna be ****med
The headouts adventures did us dirty with my friend we booked for a 11:00-12:00 slot which was unavailable then booked for 12:00-13:00 we then try to call using a landline no one picked up it a group of 6ppl for R4800.00 on the 11th of august as we prepare to go there for our appointmnet i happend that they have changed our time slot ok fine,on came across some challanges where we had a pauncher on our urber then called them @12:15 to tel them know of the situation but the lady we spoke to said we already late and we cannot make it we ask for a Refund but told us to reschedule but that would cost an induavidual R500 on top of the R800 we already paid we discussed as a group then realised that something i wrong here as we wer only 15 min which we take full accountability but also realise that it their fault on their side as the sent am email on the time change on the 10th of august and we all on leave we dont check our emails no telephone call or an sms sent to let us aware of the change,the lady wasnt giving us any option on how to go about in this situation or any refund but giving us”unfortunatly cant help, thers nothing i can do” as she says she is the owner funny how she can make a plan if we pay R500 to reschedules this is **** guys they made all of this i do not wish anyone to come across thus be aware of this lady she is ******,rude the way she was on the phone,even said the bussiness has been running for 8years and they will still continue doing this

Horrible service from Headout adventures owner
We received a horrible service from Headout Adventures at Atlantis dunes in Cape Town, the owner was very rude and unfair towards us, even after we have explained that we had a tyre puncture. We requested a reschedule she refused and told us we have forfeited our money. She kept bragging about how she’s been running a successful business for 5 years… she’s a mean human being

Horrible service from Headout adventures owner
We received a horrible service from Headout Adventures at Atlantis dunes in Cape Town, the owner was very rude and unfair towards us, even after we have explained that we had a tyre puncture. We requested a reschedule she refused and told us we have forfeited our money. She kept bragging about how she’s been running a successful business for 5 years… she’s a mean human being

Bad service at the Dunes Atlantis
I booked quardbikes for me and my family for 5 Adults as there is no age category for the bikes it only states 0 - 90 years and categorise all as adults. On arrival it was just chaotic we didn't know where to go,until some guy referred us to other person. We were informed that the person that I spoke to was not present and his phone was off even after after showed them confirmation. After that we had to for permits which was surprising for me because such is not indicated on the website. We eventually had our ride which was very nice and value for money because of the beauty of the place.

Bad service at the Dunes Atlantis

Atlantis Dunes Sand boarding agency - Dylan
I booked with 1 hr ride with Sand boarding Capetown, I had my dates mixed up when I got there I was told I cannot be helped if I want to ride I must pay R500 per person and I was told they are fully , I had already paid 1600 for myself and my friend, requested if I can be given a voucher for another date because I don’t stay in the Western Cape they refuse point blank, I was told to email a guy by the name of Dylan, he was so rude he told me no refund, no voucher.. be warned of such ****mers..

TOOK MY MONEY AND BLOCKED ME
I'm not sure what **** they are running and why I specifically was attacked but when I messaged to confirm my booking DYLAN BLOCKED ME without saying anything. I then message on another number asking if I reached Atlantis dunes quad biking and he responded confirming I had the right number. When I asked about my booking and requested to reschedule HE BLOCKED ME AGAIN. He has been refusing to answer any of my calls. All I wanted was to reschedule my booking. I PAID, and would have gladly loved to come by another day.

Atlantis Dunes guard biking are robing people.
Good day, we had booked our tickets paid and confirmed with Viator an agency for Atlantis Dunes guard biking at Cape Town on 27 March 2024. Last minutes before the ride we were told the slot for 16:00 was over booked they to cancel our booking and they will refund us. Till today we still following up regarding our refund and there's no one willing to assist us. Our R1198 is gone in the name of Atlantis Dunes Quard biking.
