Fantastic Service Atlantis Nissan
Bought a new Nissan Magnite from this dealership. Have never experienced such good service. Thank you to Alan Tshisimba for your great service and making the entire buying process a pleasure. Will definitely recommend this business

Atlantis Nissan Centurion Customer Care is the Worst
They quoted me a 50% battery price of R1000 in August. 6 weeks later it’s now R1400. I questioned it and I was told that the supplier price has gone up and they have no control over it. It means the suppliers have pushed the price by 40% in 6 weeks. This means a small battery for a 1.2L car is essentially R3000.00. How ridiculous is that? They think money grows on trees.

Altantis Nissan. Definitely worth the visit. Was shopping around for a new car. Visited this branch to browse the new cars in the showroom and to get some literature. Had a very good experience from the time I walked into the branch. The staff and sales team are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about all their products. I was informed about various options and prices. I was even told and given an about the servicing costs for different models and the extended warranty options for the vehicles. Worth the visit.

I took my NP200 for it's annual service, the driver's door sometimes got stuck and had to be lifted to open. I did not ask for this to be looked at but Atlantis decided they will, I knew if they work on it it will be stuffed up. Guess what, it was, I could not open it from inside or outside. That they managed to fix it , I moved the vehicle to go dump garden refuse and on my brick paving a nice big black oil patch. How does these monkeys service vehicles, what ever they touch turn into ****e.

Nissan Atlantis poor service
No star. Very terrible service from the sales person. The sales person did not want to listen to valid complaints within 24 hours of a used VW car purchased cash. The sales person replied by saying that I am coming back to him with petty issues. This is the attitude which I get within 24 hours of a cash purchase. Yet the issue is not petty but big. Even if it was petty you have no right to address a client in that manner.

Bad serivce
We bought a nissan here navara stealth. So many problems . 1 sorts bar wat scratched everywhere we had to take it back then the bumper was not straight had to take it back A d now the seat keeps on moving tri mirror rattles. There was a mark on bonnet that looked like clear coat they sai we sorayed the car hahaha then we saw after it was in there is 2 big dents we called them immidiatly after we gor it back bow again ower problem stay away go with the amarok do not buy from or use ghis place

Very poor service
Phoned in to book my car into workshop for repairs - was put on hold for more than 5 minutes. Went to website and sent in a request, and still no-one has contacted me after 2 days. Very poor.
