Phoned in for a car trickle smart charger, woman "Manager" quickly said she will get me more info and dropped the call. 20+-mins passed so had to drive there in person. Greeted with an attitude from the male employee and asked what do I want and I explained the product only to get confused looks. Went inside and described the product AGAIN only to be asked "what am i going to use it for?". Right then and there I realised I am dealing with uneducated, untrained people running a business. Eventually got the product and the price....again it DIFFERS. From this point on I knew more about what is going on in their business showing on their own website, the product and being listed at a discount. They looked confused and blamed head office, normal tactics for a disfunctional branch. Got the regional manager on the phone, discussed the situation and poor state of the business / their brand being tarnished. This is the same situation when you go to an accountant that does not know how to count. For all future customers, do your research, check the pricing and may this be a warning on this business/brand for hiring unquilified people with *****ulent tendancies with pricing.
