Get yourself a lawyer before doing business with Attic Conversions

The owner of Attic Conversions Graham N. boasts with lots of experience and it's trustworthy business, but I would highly advice to take a lawyer before starting constructions with Attic Conversions!! Pricing is very intransparent, mistakes of several 10'000 Rands appear in invoices and have to be found before they are reverted. Avoid doing any planning with Graham N. sons - they will make you believe that you have an agreement that never exists. We payed several 100'000 Rands to build our attic just to realize that there was no staircase leading to the upstairs included in the quote. Definitely don't believe Attic Conversions will act in your best - get yourself a lawyer from the beginning to save a lot of money and trouble to yourself.
