Divorce assistance

I have paid the full amount two months ago and thus far only the settlement agreement was completed and I sent the signed copy. Queried whether I can courier the original document but was told a courier will collect the document. I have sent e-mails, Whatsapp's and have phoned, but as yet I have received no reply on what is happening on my divorce case. I am really frustrated because I don't have a clue if the process is ongoing or not. When I chose the attorneys I was told the process is easy and will take about 6 weeks when the defendant doesn't have any obligations (and in my case this is the case). I received an LPC digital id and Fidelity Fund certificate. Can you please assist me with a contact person I can contact to assist me?
