**** artist!!! AVOID!!
Absolute ****MERS!!! Beware! The reviews and testimonials are all ****. Paid for my coop to be delivered to cape town and she still had the cheek to charge an additional R1800 for delivery. Little did I know that I would never be receiving my coop. Just a big hole in my bank account. Very well spoken con artist that pulled the wool over my eyes. ******* me by delaying the process after payment was made with cleverly disguised excuses that dragged me along for a very angering and disappointing ride. I thought I did my due diligence but clearly they are professional ****mers. They cannot be trusted and will ***** from you.

The customer service was excellent, with a friendly representative who was proactive in keeping me informed about the progress of my request. This level of communication and attentiveness made a significant difference to my customer satisfaction. Additionally, the fact that they were able to source the replacement part I needed, demonstrates their effectiveness in meeting customer needs and providing solutions. Overall, "Atwood" values their customers and strives to provide a positive experience.
