Aucor Cape Town refund delays

This has to be the worst auction house to deal with , Paid R 10000 deposit to participate on one of their auctions on the 9th of April but did not buy anything, it is now the 26th of April they haven't paid my refund back , When I called them they asked me to resend my account details as they have lost them , I resend the documents and called them five days later and now they say they are busy with other auctions they will try and refund me with the next batch on the 29th, their own policy states that they refund your money in 7 to 10 working days.
