AUDI CENTURION POOR SERVICE AND AFTERSALES

Booked my 2012 Audi Q7 in for brand new Discs and pads on 22 September 2025 when mileage was 115000km. Not even 2 months and brakes are shuddering. Mileage is currently on 117000km as at 8th January 2026 and Audi charges me to replace discs which they say are warped ? 2 months 2000km of driving and they say they cant take accountability as the discs are damaged due to driving style and we are liable for repairs warranty will not cover. Can somebody please help me understand if any of this makes sense because for the life of me I cannot believe new discs are worn in 2000km. PLEASE HELP!!
