Audi Centurion Worst in the country

I Had bought a car from Audi centurion in 2020 and the Experince i have had is extremly bad for the Following reasons :

1 . I had purchased a Grey Audi A1 . after few months of driving the car i was stopped at a roadblock when thre officer scanned the licence he wanted to arrest me as audi reg the car as orange and my car was grey [Thought it had been ****** and colour changed ] it took Audi almost 6 months to correct this after me consent nagging

2 . One morning i start the car drive to the petrol station tutn the car off and fill fule . when i try starting the car the bat3 is dead . Bare in mind the car was switched off for 5 min . i take it to audi they say nothing wrong with the bat3 it needs charging . they then proceed to charge for two days only to tell me on the 3rd day the car needs q new bat3 and w i will have to wait another 2 days as they need to order the bat3

3. For a Few months i am hearing a screeching sound comming when the car takes off . when the car went in for a service i ask audi please check the noise for me . i go collect the car and they say they serviced the car but they could find no noise and the car is perfect

Again i hear the noise on the next service i again ask Audi crnturion please check the screeching noise and again i go fetch the car and they say they servised but cant find noise there nothing wrong with the car .

awhile goes by and i get a break servo erroor on the car i call audi to book car in and agin i tell them please check break servo and please check again the screeching still there .

They call back and say nothing wrongbwith break servo they dont know why they error came up

with regards to screeching noise they have now finaly found the problem they cluches need replacing they ordered parts and ibksut bring it when parts comes

on Wed i took the car in to replace the cluch only for audi to call me and tell me the cluches are burnt and they not liable for it .They have now escalated the matter to VW and it will take 48Hours for feedback and thr car will only be ready next week another 3 day delay

to me this is unacceptable as i took it in 3 times for the noise had they found the problem earlier it would not have burnt so they are lieable as they were negligent .

Also they do not even offer a car to use in the meantime while they are delayed

This service center is the worst in the country . if u looking to buy a audi please use another dealerahip this one does not worry about its clients
