I had the worst experience at this dealership with individuals that have taken zero accountability at Audi Centre Durban. I took my car in for regular service on Thursday (9 Jan 2025), i forgot to take out my wallet, nor was i reminded to when i left it there. I called immediately when I realized (7:30am) and they assured me that they would keep it safe, only to have money ****** out of my car and other valuables when i fetched it later. When I notified the manager (Reagal Lane) i was told that they would have never done such a thing (implying that i was lying) After much debate, he agreed to look at the footage and get back to me on Monday (13 Jan) I have still not received a call and when i call, i am told that they have not had the time to look into the matter. I have never experienced such at any other audi dealership and besides the matter, the behavior of this team towards me has been less than amusing!

I’ve been trying to book my car in since 25 April 2024 (that’s 218 days) with absolutely no success! I emailed the manager to address my complaints, and guess what? No response—not even once. I was told to speak to someone named Jenifer, who is apparently never at her desk. On the rare occasions she picks up the phone, she promises to call back but never does. This branch is beyond ***********, and it’s clear they don’t care about their customers. Avoid this place like the plague! Shocking service for a so-called premium brand.

Waiting for communication regarding an assessment of my vehicle where the paint work is flaking but no one is doing so. This is a clear defect and needs to be looked at but it seems I have to beg them to do it. Paying THOUSANDS to drive a car which I'm actually now embarrassed to drive as people are in disbelief that this is Audi.. Total disappointment right now !

Very poor sales service from Garth. Non-responsive and ignores customers. All we trying to do is buy a car. Customers dont need this kind of treatment. Cars are many - shop elsewhere, people !

Reggie Lane is a very unprofessional and ***** workshop manager. He doesn’t take accountability. He blamed me for a faulty gearbox in a car with 21 000km, accused me of spilling fluid into the gearbox and requested I pay cash for the damages. His behaviour made me lose trust in the Audi as a brand. Like we pay for this motor plan yet he behaves like he fixes Audi cars from his pocket. Took the car to another Audi Centre for 2nd opinion and the faulty part in the car was changed (under a motor plan) and photos taken, THERE WAS NO LIQUID DAMAGE. Reggie Lane is a **** and a *****, he cannot be trusted!!!

After being extremely patient and accommodating, having purchased my vehicle 2 months ago o have still not taken delivery. The matters range from life threatening worn tyres fitted to my vehicle to lies about completion dates and hand over, licensing issues, incorrect invoicing, false advertising, no return of calls etc but to name a few

I'm disgusted at the level of respect or lack of customer care from the service manager Muzi Ngubane and dealer principal Angelo Valayathum. On the 11 of October 2020 my vehicle was driven to Audi Centre Durban as it was overheating related to another work done by another Rmi approved workshop. I was told that a diagnostic was needed to be done in which I gave a go ahead to Portia Msomi to authorize such. I was then informed that the engine is needed to be stripped so they can investigate further, during this period I was not informed of a third party being included in this investigation but I was billed for their services without being notified as a client. The engine block, pistons and cylinder head sent to Dave and Wesly Engineers for as*****t. So what happened is that Dave and Wesly sent 1 of the vehicle's Piston to Alert Engine Part . All this cycle I'm not made aware of as a client I only found out 7months after I had made aware that I have intentions of reassembling my engine through someone else. All over sudden my piston was missing, but that did not end there there were also other missing items missing from the vehicle and there were also other parts were swap with another similar vehicle. Extra parts were found that belonged to another vehicle. What's sickens me the most is the attitude the dealer principal has. Then comes back and tells the client that he is working in good faith. I've noticed the best way of sorting this mess is buy taken legal actions . Perhaps they'll learn not to mess with clients

One star too many. They dont deserve any. On the 18 May 2021, I took my car for a service at Audi Center Durban. Upon my arrival I informed them that there is a message on the dashboard indicating EPC, This message came up in the morning on my way to the center, and there was also a funny noise coming out, which i explained to them. We agreed that they will check provided the diagnosis fees, which I agreed to pay. After the service nothing was explained to me, but only told, the noise could have Had something to do with the service. On my way back, the same noise started again, this time it was terrible, causing the car to shake. This whole ordeal placed my life in danger. When I reached for the invoice, i discovered that the car has a misfire, but none of that was explained to me. On the 20 May 2021, i towered my car back to them for diagnosis. The report came back, but nothing has been done to fix the car. I'm sitting here with no copy of diagnosis report, but only stories and claims from them. Its been 3 days since they took my car in ,and there is still no clarity from them. I'm beyond the level of exasperation and disappointment. Sadly, I reported this matter to Audi SA, but till today nothing has been resolved. I regret the day i set my foot at Audi Center Durban. My travellings have been affected, and I'm left in a complete stae of devastation and despesration.
