I bought a car in November 2022 from them and upon delivery the car had so many faults and a valet was not done on the car. The salesman (Andre Joubert) later confirmed that they ordered the parts and the car will be fixed in January. Come Jan they postponed to Feb and that didn’t happen. In April they took the car to fix and 3 days later the car is still showing the same fault. Now we in May they also don’t know what to do with the car, beware of these ****mers. Audi Centre Acardia must fall.

I love Audi ne I never thought this would happen to me but what can I say. I took in my Audi A4 for repairs on the 23/09/2022 and Warren said to me he would need the car for 3 days. Tuesday 27th he said it would be released on Wednesday 28th as they have to return a part as it was deformed. Thursday 29th around 13h00 I called in to follow up what was happening guess what Warren was not at work and someone else was given his cars a lady named Lerato, I spoke to her to check my car for me and she said she'll get back to me 2 hours later I called in again to find out what was status she said they can't find the papers and who's going to pay for the repairs on the car of which I have a warranty that is covering the repairs and service all of a sudden papers can't be found and misplaced of which they happen to be with the branch manager Gerret. What made me angry is that I'm explaining my situation of how much I need the car and Lerato laughed at my situation telling me there's nothing she can do all she can do is to follow up and she'll give feedback then I requested to speak to the branch manager about my situation and that her service consultant she's laughing on my situation whereas I'm in need of my car that they said they'll give back in three (3) days now 5 days. I'm so disappointed on how my case handled. I didn't believe it till it happened to me that they service is just bad I had to beg for feedback they receptionists they just say they'll pass the message of which you'll end up calling and calling asking for feedback and how far they are on my car. I'm disappointed really.

I tried to call him several times. Always he promises to call me back after few minutes. I bought AUDI Q2 in 2020 October , a year later my car was giving me problems . oil sensor was faulty, i took it to AUDI CENTRE ARACADIA, they replaced the sensor, 4 months down the line, same problem, they took my car, they never gave me a courtesy car even in 2021. this time around, they just told me they will replace the part, no explanation as to why i keep having the same problem, instead i receive calls from sales trying to recruit me into buying a new car. I'm typing today they never updated me, i have no idea what's going on. I'm less of a human to be updates. a single mother who uses her car to drive his kids to school, and to work.

I am very disappointed with the service I recieved from Audi Arcadia, towards the beginning of the month I noticed a brake light warning light coming on , This came as a shock as I was told the brake pads were changed on the previous service , i have also stated numerously that my car has a delay on take of , I was even provided with a technician to test the car along with me by the name of warren on which he advised that the car is vibrating and it could be the clutch or gearbox but nothing was done about it , my locknut was even stolen from the car , my car is now out of motorplan , but all the things I reported went being attended to while my car was still on motor plan but now that the motorplan is expired i am even offered a technician to have a look , my question is why were these things not attended to while my car was on motorplan?
