AMUKELANI MATLALA Audi Centre Braamfontein *****ster, ****ming customers.
I was ****med at Audi dealer by a Salesman AMUKELANI MATLALA who worked at Westrand Dealer and then moved to Braamfontein dealer. I bought my Audi Q2 in February 2025, he deceived and convinced me to pay R2000 in order to clear my fines so the dealer can assist me to obtain my license disc, he then played hard to get and when I call the dealer, they tell me that he moved companies. PLEASE BE AWARE OF AMUKELANI MATLALA Audi centre braamfontein, HE IS A ***** STAR *****ing from customers......

Horrible female treatment
Audi Braamfontein should not be trusted at all. They don't care about their client and also take advantage of female customers. My wife took the car in for battery change after it showed a sign of low battery. The following day on the 6th we received a call stating that the car broke Alternator and Manifold which will cost us about R45k. Mind you battery is changed and it cost us R6 660. We wanted to trade in the car because we didn't have that much at our disposal. Then we reversed our decision and collected the car on Friday the 9th of May and paid for battery and opted for a second opinion, another Audi Technician from another branch came and look at my car on the 10th of May. He check the battery and 100% working coz its new. Alternator functioning very well and Manifold I'm told has nothing to do with battery and it was fine. Surpringsly, the Technician found loose cables in the engine which he rejoined and the car was fine. I wrote my feedback to Audi on Momday the 12th of May 2025, until today they haven't called to check if we r accurate or not. How would we trust Audi Braamfontein again with servicing our car going forward. I'm hurt and disappointed.

outstanding service
I just want to commend Khanyisa Ntsomi on his exceptional service. I saw a car I wanted online on Friday evening. Saturday morning he came to pick me up and take me to the dealer to test drive it. Tuesday afternoon I sent him all my documents and by Wednesday he advised finance was approved. I couldn't find my license anywhere and couldn't take delivery of my car without it. On Thursday morning he came to pick me up and take me to the licensing dept. to get my lic redone. by Thursday afternoon he sent a driver to come pick me up to collect my car from the dealer. Upon arrival, they had a content photographer who recorded a cute video of the car and keys handover. there were a few small issues on the car, I immedaitely made him aware of them. he took it up with his manager and arranged for my car to be booked in the net couple of days. he pushed to get my car back the same day before COB. He personally came to drop my car off at my office. He is a real gem and asset to Audi Braamfontein. he was amazing all the way. I would also like to acknowledge how good Xolani and Phatu were throughout the process, Thank you gents. you have all been amazing :)

I am sharing this in total aww, I have been taking my car to Audi Braamfontein centre for almost 5 different occasions for the same problem, which was a very costly exercise, my car to date is broken after a bearing knock which is related to the previous problems, my car was given back to me and I was told that they cannot help me, I strongly believe that this should have been prevented since the problems are all related to one thing... Oil.

Terrible experience after purchasing a car from Naki( used car salesman), the car was sent back for repairs and returned worse off, could not even provide courtesy car first time, this was a week after purchase. The car was used for personal use, scratched and damaged after returned to me, 3 wheels buckled and bonnet terribly scratched. After receiving car with scratches and wheels repaired, the clear coat is now peeling off around areas of repair. Take my advice and look elswhere, there are plenty of other dealerships that will give much better after sales service. My salesman Naki just brushed me off after purchase, i am now dealing with the DP. ITS MORE ABOUT THE PROFIT AND USING CHEAP SUPPLIERS TO REPAIR THE CAR THAN TO KEEP A CUSTOMER HAPPY!!!

I was most pleased and appreciative of the service and efficiency of the staff, most especially the technician Vumani Mkwanyana, at Audi Braamfontein. My 6 year motor plan was due to expire. A few months prior to this, I booked my vehicle in at AUDI Sandton. Two of the reasons for booking the vehicle in was the gearbox warning light was activated and a shuddering noise was present when taking off on an incline. AUDI Sandton returned my vehicle and I was advised that there was no problem with the vehicle. Despite, protests It was confirmed by Audi Sandton that the vehicle was in a perfect condition. I was not satisfied and contacted AUDI Braamforntein as the noises persisted and this concerned me. The vehicle was booked in. Audi Braamfontien contacted me during the day, advising that the clutch needed to be replaced and there was a leak from the engine. This was done a week before my motor plan expired. I am appreciative of the effeciency and work ethics at AUDI Braamfontein and will confidently recommend them to all Audi drivers.

Terrible Service Audi Braamfontein
Paid a deposit and signed an OTP for a brand-new Audi. When I called to arrange collection of the vehicle, I was advised that the vehicle was sold to someone else and the dealership is still sitting with my deposit. I have requested a refund numerous times but nothing has been done. Was also promised that management will get back to me with answers to why the car was sold to someone else and no response from the salesman Lucky or management. I am now without a car or my deposit I paid for the car !!! I would recommend you stay away from this dealer as it seems like they just want to rip customers off !!!

When I called to arrange collection of the vehicle, I was advised that the vehicle was sold to someone else and the dealership is still sitting with my deposit. I have requested a refund numerous times but nothing has been done. Was also promised that management will get back to me with answers to why the car was sold to someone else and no response from the salesman Lucky or management. I am now without a car or my deposit I paid for the car !!! I would recommend you stay away from this dealer as it seems like they just want to rip customers off !!!
