Worse service ever!!!!!

The process and delivery of the car was fine. After delivery I still have no proof of purchase, no contract sent to me, no license disk or plate. I had to drive with expired temporary car permit which resulted in me being questioned by traffic officers. No communication from them I was the one calling and texting: later I received my statement from the bank which stated that my contract says 90 months with MFC which they told me it’s 72 months. Which now explains why I don’t have proof of purchase or contract I signed. I bought the car on the 15/09/23 till today there’s no number plate with lame excuses!!!!!!
