Worst service I have ever experienced! Audi Centre Durban is a complete disaster—don’t waste your time or money here. I’ve been trying to book my car in since 25 April 2024 (that’s 218 days) with absolutely no success! I emailed the manager to address my complaints, and guess what? No response—not even once. I was told to speak to someone named Jenifer, who is apparently never at her desk. On the rare occasions she picks up the phone, she promises to call back but never does. This branch is beyond ***********, and it’s clear they don’t care about their customers. Avoid this place like the plague! Shocking service for a so-called premium brand.

The clutches on my car were changed in March after taking it into to Audi for slipping gears. 5 months later car towed into Audi after it had been smoking. Diagnosis discovered issue with the flywheel and they’re going to change it with the clutch again. Audi refuses to take responsibility of poor workmanship, blaming flywheel to be worn, warranty won’t pay as its ‘flywheel’ regarded as wear and tear component. Audi to replace clutch ‘again’ they say its a factory fault. The new assistant manager has been nothing but rude, would hang up phone whilst talking. 2 times had said he will get back to me and didn’t. Told me they will replace the clutch under warranty and I can take my car without replacing flywheel and do whatever I want.

My vehicle was towed in on the 19th of December 2021, I made my statement indicating the issue of the vehicle and was completely ignored. They had kept my vehicle until I decided to have it towed away on the 14th of January to Audi Pinetown. I had told them ( Audi durban ) to check the oil levels and my service advisor had come back to me 2 days late & told me it was fine. This was inaccurate because it was way over filled. My car was diagnosed and they were going to charge me R35 000 for repairs and it was going to take 21 working days. Audi durban also did not notify me before hand that I would have to pay a diagnostic fee, they only told me when I fetched the vehicle. They over charged me R3200, just for an incorrect diagnostic. My vehicle arrived at Audi pinetown at around 15:30 , by 17:00 , my vehicle was running & driving perfectly fine. The repair costed me less than R3000.

I purchased an Audi from Audi Durban Central about 1 and a half years ago.i called in the other day to confirm a service date for my vehicle and when I gave the lady my number plate she said that my number plate was showing up as a Polo Vivo. I said thats impossible because I own an Audi and she said that the system shows a Vw polo. I have then reached out to the sales person who sold me the car by the name of Blaine from Audi Durban central and he does not answer my calls or return my messages. He just says that the VIN number is fine. I then contacted his boss Ruan Benson and Ruan told me that if someone cloned my plates there is nothing he can do about it. have asked Ruan to update the system with my vehicle details and he said this would have been done yesterday but he has not done so. This is pathetic service from Audi Durban Central. They sold me the vehicle and gave me the number plate. The polo apparently had the number plate before my car which means they have cloned the plate or not updated the system. Can Audi South Africa please assist or get competent people who can assist

I bought a brand new Audi in November 2019 and when I collected my new Audi A3 it had reverse cam installed but two days later it started falling and I advise Sales man about it and he called it in for fixing and two weeks later it started falling again after a long wait he called it in again and they decided to remove it completely and put PDCs. The sensors installed were faulty and they went off immediately I put reverse gear. After a month those sensors went completely dead till today. My main concern raised with salesman was the fact that these sensors are not working and when they were installed there was a damage on the back pumper looks like the area they clamped on, the car have squawky sound like there's something not clamped on properly and 1 side of the bumper is not properly aligned which is not fair as the car is less a year old and I bought it brand new. I have escalated this matter to New Sale Manager but he has never feedback after acknowledging my email and concern. Your assistant in this matter will be highly appreciated.

They approved a deal for me I got a new car and 1 month later when I was called to fetch my number plates the arrested me and said it’s fraud and took my car back and now I owe west bank 70k. When the case was thrown out of court as there was no foul play of fraud or anything. I did not get my 25k deposit back nor my car I had to pay legal fees for myself just because the salesman was a corrupt person. I hope and pray that they fired him as he is really bringing Audi down
