It is just that I have to rate but they are not professional at all. The guy who was assisting me on Saturday 21 of November, those people don't even great when you are black from parts department to service department and regardless of your complain they will always refer you somewhere and no one seem to know what to do. I hate that garage

The service department at VW The Glen specifically a lady called Aadre has been so pathetic. I have called several times and left messages I get no response and get put through a phone that does not get answered. Even trying to reach her manager Brandon has been to no avail. This type of customer service is really unacceptable.

Audi at the Glen has such appalling service. You have to phone numerous times to make a booking for a service. It's almost like you doing them a favor. And now they do not offer drop off services whereas I contacted another Audi centre and they do. Spoke to an Olga at braamfontein centre and the custome service was so pleasant. The inconsistency is terrible

Is there Zero rating :-( Audi The Glen is the worse dealership I have ever dealt with, had a break down , where my car stared and switched off kind of like miss in ignition with a strong smell of petrol,the car was towed into their workshop on Saturday 07.03.2020, with understanding they have cars to service before mine which I understood, checking my tracker car was started once on the 11.03.2020, getting feedback from the service adviser Jaryd, when I phone everyday, he told me the car is being started and tested, on 13.03.2020 he informed and quoted me R7423.15 for injector flush this included labour of R4165,spark plugs R1374,seal ringsR 204, seal ringsR361.20 & clip R103.20. He informed me that warranty will not cover cause injectors are not replaced but cleaned. I said it is fine that I will pay and he should go ahead and fix the car.On the 16.03.2020 the service adviser Contacted me and told me that they picked up after they did the R7423.15 work that the ignition coil needs to be replaced and I do not have to worry the warranty will cover the cost of R1431.18, they ordered the part to arrive on the 17.03.2020 the same day I collected the car.On collection of the vehicle I asked the service adviser as to why he changed the spark plugs as the vehicle was serviced on the 26.02.2020, He told me and I quote " they changed the spark plugs cause they got wet because the injector was leaking and the petrol wet them" I asked a simple question then, so if the injectors leaked according to my understanding they should have then been replaced and asked for the error report which he told me that its over 100 pages '' dude I just paid you R 7423.15, you worried abut 100 pages" which he said he will email to me , which I had to ask for the following day, finally he sends me the report in email format which can be edited, where I asked him for PDF format ,in his responds "the machine cannot do that".Anyway 5 days later the car goes and break down again with the same issue I had on 07.03.2020. I emailed the service adviser and he replied via email saying he will send a technician to check the vehicle, the technician arrived and opened the bonnet pressed down something seems like the coil, and the car started in 10 seconds, I asked the technician so this means the work done for R7423.14 was then incorrectly diagnosed, so what happens to the money I paid , he said they will take the car back to Audi the Glen to diagnosed the vehicle which they kept the car for two days telling me they have no courtesy vehicle to provide , so this pushed me to be off work , I spoke to the service adviser and informed him about their discrepancies and that means that I paid for something that I shouldn't have, where he told me that they just trying to sort out my vehicle as that is priority and brushed of the payment query.On arrival to pick up my vehicle the service adviser avoid spending time and just handed over my keys pointing out where the vehicle is and left.I will not rest until I have a full report , but I will not recommend any person to use Audi The Glen service is pathetic.

Audi The Glen charged me R13 000 to do a diagnosis on my vehicle as well as to fix the over heating. Within 2 days the vehicle started overheating again. I subsequently booked it in again. They are now telling me that it is a different component in the vehicle that is causing the overheating and they need to charge me and additional R5 000. It seems very convenient that after my Car was with them it developed even bigger problems, for instance my heater is no longer working and the car is still overheating.

16th AUG 2019, I BOUGHT A VEHICLE FROM THE GLEN AUDI FOR MY DAUGHTER. I NOTICED A FEW THINGS[WHILST DRIVING IT FROM JHB TO PE] THAT NEEDED FIXING AND ALERTED THE SALESMAN[PHILLIP NIEMAND].ON THE 3RD OF SEPT WROTE PHILLIP AN EMAIL WITH MORE ISSUES THAT I PICKED UP.ON THE 10TH ANOTHER REMINDING HIM OF THE ISSUES RAISED AND ALSO SENT RECEIPT OF THE NUMBER PLATES THAT I HAD TO BUY. TODAY IS EXACTLY 6 DAYS AFTER THE CORRESPONDENCE & HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM PHILLIP OR THE GLEN AUDI.

I had thee worse service at audi the Glen, my car was towed in on Monday, I received a message saying my car arrived safe, there after hell started, my service provider Rudolph, did bother to call I had to call every day to ask what was happening always he will be with a costumer, as if I am not, that what the lady that transfers calls would say, worse of it all, on Thursday morning I call the receptionist say he is with a costumer, after she cuts me off, I get a massage from Rudolph and says he stak in traffic, in a nut shell, Audi the Glen your are the worst, starting at the reception, I was an audi fan, I think my time is up with you, angry costumer
