I cancelled my subscription 3 months and still having my account debited. I have sent so many emails to get assistance with no help. The number on the South African website does not work. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. I NEED MY REFUND

I have been billed for a membership I do not have, for 3 years!!!!! I have changed my bank account now, in desperation. I have been told for 2 weeks that I will be refunded my $450 to my new bank account. I am still waiting!!!! It is IMPOSSIBLE to get money owed to you, from them. They are THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not going to stop until I receive my refund. This is daylight robbery and its UNACCEPTABLE!

Incomprehensible user interface and poor functionality. My app still works and I've had great use out of it, but to upgrade or reset my password is impossible due to awful website design and security process. My account is now locked on their system. Their only solution - call some overseas call center number. ***

I am just thankful that audible makes reading so much more exciting and offers many resources that I would say are worth the going rate. You of course get one credit a month, but when you look at all of the radio dramas and free content that you then have access to, the 14USD is totally worth it. I hope that they adjust it for rand, though, because it is a bit expensive considering.

I am just thankful that audible makes reading so much more exciting and offers many resources that I would say are worth the going rate. I'm having the same problem that I see quite a few people have complained about here. I cancelled my membership 4months ago and they STILL keep charging me monthly! I've emailed customer services. They keep saying they cannot help me and that I must sort it out telephonically. They give two numbers that do not work and then after a good few emails said I should use the online "live chat" and gave a link. It also does not work! I cannot keep having these deductions for a service I do not want. They have even confirmed that my account was cancelled. They have even too said that I do not have an account on the email address that I'm using, which I still continue to get notifications from Audible on! This is highly frustrating and has grown to a substantial amount of money that I need back. I do not understand how Audible services South Africa without an appropriate help/service structure!

There is no way to contact audible.com or audible.co.uk if you are not signed in. I changed my password and it reverted a pin to my old cell number which I have changed several times to my new number. I am now paying for something I cannot even access. I created a new account just to get into contact with them. Communication resulted in nothing. It has now been two months and still paying. They have stopped communication and just left it.
