Dear Hallopeter I've never in my life experienced pathetic service like this in my whole life. I bought a JVC surround sound on the 12th of September 2017 which i laybyed first with R500 and then on the 12th of September 2017 i went and payed R1700 cash for my outstanding balance i was so happy i finally had a new system and my children was able to watch cartoons again.. got home connected it and it was broken.. had to pay R200 for petrol money just so i can go and exchange this broken surround sound, got there and they had nothing in stock i never noticed they took the one from the display as i was busy paying the lady so the elder guy said i should use the broken dvd player so long they will replace it when they get new stock, i no i dont want a broke surround sound i want a new one or i want my money back total of R2200 so i could see he wasn't pleased with me and made a deal of me taking the Telefunken home theater if i add another R200 so i did i liked the system it had bluetooth which i loved.. i insisted of having a new home theater as they wanted to give me the one on the floor k refused and they tested the system i front of me it was perfect still had the plastic infront and they told me it was packed out the same day everyone said that. They convinced me to take the surround system. I was happy cause it was one of the best things i bought.. i loved it until the amp started to give me trouble speakers stopped working i changed them around qnd they worked but not for long my amp still played cds,memory card, usb sticks no problem just no sound on my speakers i took it in by December and rhe lafy told me i should come back after the 16th of January 2018 that's when all the companies would have opened again.. no worries i waited and took it back on the 5th of February 2018. In the meanwhile i moved from out of town into town cause it cost me more to get into town than anything els and at least then i be able to get my amp by taking a taxi that would cost me R50 there and back no worries. As my luck changed the company that sponsored to help me move my things opened the truck doors and my speakers fell out of the van while in their boks and got a bit of a damage i was so angry this was my priced position i love my home theater so much but at least it wasn't that bad.. they still work we tested them. Im still waiting till today for my amp to be repaired. First they offered me to exchange my old one and take anything for that price, i told them i don't want to and anyway my speakers got damaged so i can't. They said the home theater was discontinued and Telefunken has no spear part when they order they will fix my amp they never took it in it's still at Audio pulse it will 3 months om the 5th May 2018 close to my guarentee that will expire. This is not my problem if its discontinued, i phoned her anout 4 weeks ago and she said she can't do anything as she's also waiting like im waiting.. This is unacceptable i refuse to wait any longer i want my property fixed and returned to me. Please Hellopeter can you help me?

Hello Peter I took my tv into Audio Pulse in Vanderbijlpark to be fixed. They called me to come get my tv but when I picked it up there was faults on my tv because they did not assemble it correctly. When I complained about it they had to send my tv back to Jhb where it was fixed and I had a to wait again. They called me to collect my tv again and there was white spots on my tv screen and they said its because of damage from a power serge. I then paid them and took my tv home. Two weeks after I collected my tv from them it did the same as when I took the tv to them to be fixed. When I spoke to the owner he said he will send my tv in again and I may be charged again. I then refused to pay any more money as I already paid 1600 rand. I asked him if he can refund some of the money that I paid so I can get my tv fixed by someone else. He said no he wont and then let the phone die on me on purpose. This is the worst company with the worst customer service. I paid all that money for nothing!
