No response from AUDIOMART

Ordered from them Made payment, they said they have a backlog (after waiting 3 weeks) waited abnother week, then was told was out of stock and that I may cancell and ask for a refund. refund takes 15 working days, I waited patiently, no refund, they said they have escalated to CEO, nothing. After a total period of 5 weeks, I contacted them again, they are now ignoring me. I took the matter to a layer, they have not opened nor responded,

They owe me money, and they have vanished off the face of this planet!

They are liars and unresponsive Thieves!!!!!
