Audio Vision poor service

We bough a TV at Audio Vision in Tyger valley mall. We were instructed to transport the TV flat, face up. We packed it very tight and perfect. When we got to our home and put the TV on the screen was shattered. After contacting Samsung they instructed us that you should Always transport a TV in an upright position. We pleaded with Audio Vision to please assist us to replace the TV. They were utterly rude and told us that they cannot help us. This was the worst experience we ever had.
