Bought a Samsung SoundBar from Kassie on Saturday. <br> Struggled with a sound input connection.<br> Went back on Sunday for advise. Kassie advised for Abraham to go out to my premises, sorted the problem out with such a friendly attitude. This was at no extra cost or call out fee.
