Deceptive and Unreliable Service from Aurora I ter-trade (Nicholas Ryan) I recently had a highly disappointing experience with the services provided by Nick. Despite paying a significant amount of money to clear my shipment, I encountered numerous issues that left me feeling deceived and frustrated. Firstly, Nick failed to respond to invoices and messages from Afristar regarding my shipment. He claimed there were delays due to a strike without keeping me informed about the situation. Consequently, I incurred storage fees and had to pay double the initial fees. When I finally contacted Nick for a refund, he started to ignore my messages, leaving me feeling ignored and cheated. It became evident that he had deceived me from the beginning, as he did not provide his address on his website. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with Nick. To avoid similar experiences, it is essential to keep all communication records, consult legal counsel, and report incidents like this to local authorities or consumer protection agencies. Overall, my experience with Nick's services was highly disappointing and I would not recommend his services to anyone seeking reliable and trustworthy assistance with their shipments.

Absolutely beautiful products. Amazing and friendly service. Great place for all your soaps, lovely ,different and unique products, the shop is nice, clean and the service is superb

<p>Bad service and attitude</p> <p>Have been having issues with unipin, am based in pretoria north. Went to buy electricity last night at 18:00 at engen garage 28 June 2017, since today 29 June I have not recieved my token via sms. Last night after an hour of waiting I called the after hours support technician , who is always not friendly and smells of bad attitude, and wants to quickly end the call, he told me every wednesday unipin updates the system . what nonsense is that., mind you this is not the first time I had to call the after hours technician becouse unipin was not responding, its the 3rd time now , if they can not provide service , why cant the tswane municipality or whoever is responsible for electricity for prepaid find other alternatives to replace this incompetent company. This morning I had to call prepaid on ********** 111, and they gave me my token via the telephone. Imagine if you are running out of lights and this happens!!!</p>

Wij hebben per aangetekend post een brif ontvangen van Fidure, waarin staat wij een openstaande schuld hebben bij Aurora sinds 2006. Volgens ons weten was deze al ten volle betaald, en alle info dat zij maar geven is dat wij nog 272.85 euro moet betalen. Er zijn geen bewijst stukken van hun kant te tonen, alleen dat wij een lening aan gegaan hebben, en ze ons een ultumiet datum gegeven hebben om met een oplossing te komen tegen 10 februarie 2015, en geven niet om hoeveel er afgelost geweest is, hoeveel er al betaald is, en waar de fout precies is gebeurd. Nu 2015 worden wij plots lastig gavallen door onbeschofte medewerkers, zonder respect, en zonder verduidelijkken dat wij nu ineens moet betalen, voor iets, die wij \bijna"100% zeker ben dat wij alles ook betaald hebben.Wij hebben in 2011 tant precies dezelfde maar rotere zetel nog bij de ZELFDE FIRMA gekocht"
