This is not a store. It's a outright ****. I ordered on their very legit looking website. My 'order' took forever to ship. When I inquired their replies were generic and repetitive empty promises. I lost so much money, just before Christmas. I am so upset. I hope they get shut down.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! YOU WILL BE LEFT FRUSTRATED AND WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. INSTEAD THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY..... IS THERE ANY1 THAT CAN HELP WITH GETTING JUSTICE, THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND DO NOT WANT TO GIVE ME THE PRODUCT OR A REFUND.... CAN SOME1 HELP PLEASE?

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.... THEY ARE ****MERS!!! THEY WILL ***** YOUR MONEY!! I paid for a product and paid for express shipping. Their website gives you a guideline of 5-15 days for delivery. It is now a month and I do not have my product. There is no contact number on their site, where I can follow-up on. I have been sending emails daily and get a "robot" response. I get this response, EVERYTIME I follow-up: I apologize for the continued delay and any inconvenience this has caused. We are actively working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. I am in constant communication with our fulfillment team to expedite the process and will provide you with an update as soon as I have more information. Thank you for your patience and understanding. THIS COMPANY IS A ***** AND WILL ***** YOUR MONEY!!!

i received the wrong items and sent a few mails. I still cant get hold of them which is quite funny as they have a 40 return policy but they dont even reply. rally bad quality but i could even look past that if i just received the correct items

They do not deserve the 1 star! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! The only thing about them being "South African" is a website! I bought 6 rings, spent over R15000 on 13 May 2024, a few weeks later I received an email saying my order was shipped! Only problem they said was that one ring was "out of stock" and I needed to choose another to replace it. Seems this is their MO. I chose another ring, which was cheaper, NO CREDIT, which I didn't mind as long as I got my order. I was notified of my delivery through Buffalo, realizing then that my order is coming from China, all that "Auroria SA" does is pay the customs and VAT. I was expecting the 5 rings but received the 1 ring that was the replacement to the OUT OF STOCK ring. Clearly this made me panic and I started the emails requesting feedback with regards to my outstanding 5 rings. After so many emails back and fourth, getting more and more impatient. Their excuses were astounding, even to the point of them saying that I had already received my order in full! After having to send screenshots of their website showing my order is not yet shipped!!!! They finally acknowledged that I had in fact not received the 5 rings!! I requested a refund as I could see that I was not going to receive the rings. It's now September 2024, four months after ordering and R15000 lost (or for 1 ring!), 50 odd emails, same excuses all the time! Still no refund or delivery and now they don't even have the decency to reply at all anymore, even with their ******* excuses. I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Just don't! I still have hope that just maybe I will get a delivery!!!! but I think that is a moot point.
