Appealing service from BMW Eastrand

I took my vehicle to BMW East Rand (Boksburg) for maintenance, which according to them was going to take a day. This then became 2 days. On the second they requested an additional day. On they the 3 they called claiming that the Maintenance did not go according to plan and they would like to keep the vehicle for another day to redo the work. On the 5th day they stopped giving feedback. Today is the 6th day i still do not have my vehicle, I called and sent watsapps but was blatantly ignored. This type of appalling conduct is not what I imagined from BMW
