Mitchell Merifields @Auto Alpha
Thank you to Mitchell Merified I just bought my car yesterday the 13th of March 2024. I had the best service from Mitch he is trully efficient and positive. I app**** for finance ofcause He was assisting me all the way . He is so positive and informative. He kept me updated until my finance was approved. He didn't end there .He was willing to organize insurance for me and assisted with the car inspection phoning the nearest one etc. Mitch Merifield you are simply the best . Thanks again Auto Alpha Randburg .I'll definitely recommend you to all the passengers that come from overseas cause the always ask cabin crew for such information. I am not only going to tell them about you r excellent service. I'll show them pics too .Pics that you were generous to take on my behalf. Thank you thank you .

Great service
These guys means business. I bought a jeep last year,which had some issues afterwords.Mitch immediately assisted and took the jeep in for a check and repairs.I was even given a car for the time that my jeep was in for repairs.I highly recommend these guys and especially Mitch. Thanks for the service and my next car will again come from your floor

Great service
These guys means business. Sells rusted vehicles, and takes no responsibility
Title: Warning: Below Standard Vehicles Sold at Auto Alpina, BMW Sandton Review: I recently had the misfortune of purchasing a vehicle from Auto Alpina, BMW Sandton, and the experience has left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. It is imperative that I share my experience to warn potential clients of the below standard vehicles being sold at this dealership. From the outset, promises of a 6-month warranty and assurances of any issues being promptly addressed were made by the salesperson. However, these turned out to be nothing but empty words. Upon delivery, numerous undisclosed faults, particularly concerning the vehicle's roof with evident rust marks and paint deterioration, were glaringly obvious. It is evident that these issues were deliberately concealed to make the vehicle appear more appealing. Furthermore, the dealership's response and communication have been shockingly inadequate. Despite being given a 48-hour timeframe by the Motor Industry Ombudsman to respond to my concerns, they failed to do so until well beyond the stipulated deadline. This blatant disregard for customer service and satisfaction is appalling. In summary, my experience with Auto Alpina, BMW Sandton, has been nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to proceed with extreme caution. The vehicles sold here do not meet the expected standards, and the dealership's lack of transparency and professionalism only exacerbate the issue. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a reputable dealership that values its customers and sells vehicles of acceptable quality. Avoid Auto Alpina, BMW Sandton at all costs.

I had the privelledge of being assisted by Mitchell from the beginning of the sales process, to him going an extra mile to source the exact vehicle I wanted. To securing a tailor made deal for me and always being available when I have questions. The car was delivered, he showed me how to navigate it and was patient till the end. I am happy with the dealership, very professional and all they guys I dealt with were exceptionally professional and friendly. I am a happy client 😊

No Payment to Service providers - Auto Alpina Randburg
I (Reflectionz Auto Spa) was called out to Auto Alpina Randburg to complete a call out for the detailing of a pearl white BMW G20 320d. This was done back in November 2022 and I still have not received any payment from the company after multiple requests for me to submit my invoice to them. I was promised yesterday 07 Feb by Lloyd(manager at Auto Alpina Randburg) thatmy fubds would be paid today and I have not received any payment and now the dealership ia not taking any of my calls. Pathetic service and even more putrid level of urgency and common courtesy for their service providers.
