Auto Complete Pinetown, worst service ever

Sent my car in for a general service. Car was in normal running condition prior to going in for service. When my car was returned, it was unable to drive, revving high, throttle getting stuck and over filled with oil. When speaking to the manager Bryan, my complaint was completely dismissed, and he made excuses for all the facts I presented. He told me off rudely and made no attempt to resolve the matter. I contacted the owner on Rory Nossiter on Facebook to address the issue, and he blocked me. They over charged me, the amount of 3K for a general service, brought my car back in worse condition and told me I'd need to shell out thousands for a new head gasket and cylinder head. After reaching out to two other mechanics, they have said there is absolutely no issue with that in my car. The new mechanics I am dealing with also picked up a crack in my exhaust pipe which was the cause of a low fluttering sound, the initial reason I sent my car to Auto Complete. They don't know what they are doing if they couldn't pick up such an obvious issue which was easily resolved at another place that just welded my exhaust pipe and sorted the issue. They could not even do a basic oil change correctly. Bryan at Auto Complete does not know what he is doing, spoke rudely to me for no reason and grossly overcharged me, then still insisted on my car having other major issues in order to make more money off me. These claims are all false after seeing the diagnositics done on my car thereafter. Bryan was also supposed to provide me with a list of all the faults he said that came up, but still has not been able to do so. He insisted it was listed on my invoice, which it is not. When I told him what he's doing is wrong and I'm going to report this on social media, his response was "you can go do what you want to do, you not getting anything back". When my partner sent him a picture of my exhaust pipe that was the actual issue, he ignored him and I have not even gotten an apology for the way I was spoken to. What Bryan did, the way he handled the situation and spoke to me, was down right cruel, disreputable and disrespectful. The least he could have done was apologise. Many people have complained about Auto Complete in Pinetown, but the reviews and comments mysteriously dissappear, even their Facebook page was taken down. They only show case their good reviews on the website, but silence people who speak out against their wrongful practices.
