Poor after sales service.

I bought a Honda Jazz and it was agreed that the door rubbers will be replaced as part of the purchase. Upon collection the door rubbers were not yet replaced and the sales person (Ricky) said that they would obtain the door rubbers and deliver them to me. This was May 2021. After various enquiries I have not received them yet. Dont even receive any feedback from them. They misleads buyers and make promises which they not fulfill. I will not recommend people to this dealership. Rather search for a more reputable bussiness with sound bussiness principles.
