For my first time taking my MB C180 W204 for a service along with a gearbox service, along with transport for my wife back to home she had to go to the shop pick up the guy, went home and he went back,when it came to delivery I struggeld 2 hours to get the Car back at home after service where we had to take the guy back to the shop with our own Car same as taking the Car for service.
On my way back to the shop I checked the Car Booms and nothing was signed or rectifyed,when wr got to the shop I haf a look at the Car book nothing was stipulated about the gearbox service,and when I saw my feul filter was not done I adk for a manager,I spoke to a manger asking why my feul filter was not done he got aggresive and did not k ow what I was talking about,after I called a sertified mecahnic he tild me that the car does not have a feul filter,whe got into a argument Manager Jonathan Visser at Auto express Bomsburg the only thing he was worring about is his plans after work,once we ended the argument he left while i am busy asking him for a quote on something els.
I even asked him for his regulations when it comes to minor or major service and nothing was provided.
Tbis was the worst service ever just for a quick money making.
