Unreliable car dealership
I bought a car in January 2025 and I was assisted by Sabri. They car didn’t have petro, no car papers, I signed for mechanical warranty but right now the car is broken and Sabri is not picking up my calls

Horrible and faulty car
I bought a car from this dealership... Golf 7.5 I drove the car two hours... The gearbox was faulty.When returned the car to dealership they did not want to refund me or give an alternative solution. To date I don't have a car or my money back... That dealership is very horrible... Theirs cars are faulty... Stay away from them... MIT Mac is best dealership.

Horrible and faulty car
I bought a car from this dealership... Golf 7.5 I drove the car two hours... The gearbox was faulty.When returned the car to dealership they did not want to refund me or give an alternative solution. To date I don't have a car or my money back... That dealership is very horrible... Theirs cars are faulty... Stay away from them... MIT Mac is best dealership.

Poor after sale service
I bought a car from Auto Focus and encountered several issues right after the purchase. Despite bringing it to their attention, they refused to fix the problems. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, leaving me feeling stuck with a faulty vehicle. I would not recommend buying from them unless you want to deal with poor service and unresolved issues

Stay away from Auto focus Cape town
I bought a 2016 polo 1.2 by Auto Focus Cape town wich probably is one of the biggest regrets of my life.After returning home I realized that the vehicle was using oil.I contacted Auto Focus immediately and they suggested I use the engine warenty plan that I took out with the car.After taking the vehicle to an RMI approved mechanic, I have had to almost do a complete engine overall wich has cost me thousands. Auto Focus are not willing to assist at all, infact they don't even answer my calls.So take my advice and please learn from my experience.

Stay away from Auto focus Cape town

Problematic car
I bought a polo there which had a few snags, reported it and they took the car for about 3 days and then gave it back with the same issues and an airbag light. Getting help from sales is a headache

BAD BAD SERVICE
We bought a car from Auto Focus in capetown On the way to Upington the service light came on so we booked a service for the next day where the garage made me aware of the cars condition The Garage does not want to take back the car and do a full refund , they want me to take the car back and on my expenses they also want to deduct some of the refund amount for kms traveled from cape town to Upington That all was said through phone conversations. They were dishonest in the first place about the cars condition, i have not signed the OTP yet or the Delivery document but i did buy the car cash The following message was shared with the garage: BOTH FRONT TYRES manufactured the 42 week in 2017 They are 3 years past expiration date this vehicle Under no Circumstance can this car be roadworthy Physical Damage - with image A the tyres Rear skidplate broken in 2 image B Main impact bars bend back bodged repair image C front engine pan impacted Image D Belly Pan covered in Oil rear crank seal leaking image E and F Main sub also bend image G Oil cooler destroyed image H Radiator hose leaking image J Radiator cradle bend From impact image K Body putty on ladder frame and also bend (bend chassis) image L Mechanical - Major service required including transmission service Front Breaks past wear indicators No car can pass road worthy with Oil leaks , damaged tyres and fluid leaking from the radiator

There advertising on social media is so impressive but they are dishonest ,underhanded and the owner does not keep his word. After they have your money...they "help" using the cheapest option and you go back again and again your problems never get resolved. Mr Nizaam Fredericks the illusive owner.
