Hi I would like you to advise About my car service center are messing me up For the 3rd time with my car.the car went for oil lick . During work that were doing they course water lick now they sending new bill for water lick and oil lick Is not fix again & again 😒 Please help me

Service like this is scarce in South Africa, keep up the good work.
Saturday, 11 Jan 2020 we arrived at this store after closing time. We were welcomed in by a salesperson from the bottom floor and the rest is history. The staff from the top floor really went the extra mile to assist us in every way they could. We spent a fair amount of money though and kept them there an hour after closing but still nothing was too much trouble for them.

VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE CAR SERVICE
On the 30/11/2020 I took my card for a Major Service at "AUTO-MATE ALEX MALL" which I left there to be checked for any other faults, so , on the 1st dec, I was advised of additional faults namely: Front brake pads, Wheel bearings, Oil seal & Brake light bulb & Front disc skimming. with all the cost included. Which I gave a go ahead & also advised them that I can come collect the card on 2nd dec. so that they have enough time to work on my car. Morning of the 2nd, I sent them a whatsapp notifying them that I will come fetch it around 1pm however I went there at 3pm. when I got there, I paid a substantial amount of money & the car was ready. when I got into the car ready to drive off, there was a sound on the wheels which they had to re-check & I had to wait for another 2hours while checking for the fault. Once done I drove off home. Saturday I decided to go to town, while on the freeway I hear a "Scratchy funny sound" & the Brakes also making squeeky sound. I had to drive very slowly so that I can at least reach my destination & back home. I called them immediately and advised the Gentlemen (Floyd) that I will take it back on Monday. I'm very frustrated and unhappy with the service.

Bad customer service
This place gave me bad service I will not recommend it. If you want stress go to them. But they were so unprofessional to me. Left my car on a Friday morning for just shocks and when I went to get the car it was closed and I was not told the car is not ready because they got the wrong shocks. My car was left in there garage for the night without asking me if that okay. Had to use uber back home and lost a lot of money.How can you leave a client's car in ur garage without asking them. I looked so stupid coming from working and finding the place locked. Mind you this was like far from home which they never asked.Saturday morning No apologies for that matter. I guess maybe he thought because am black I will just use the taxi. I have never used the taxi ever so at that time when I found the place locked I was stranded. I called them and no one answered. Bad customer service. Worse part was when the guy said he will never apologize because he did nothing wrong.

I phoned this workshop to ask for a quote for my sister's Car which had Shocks and Stabilizer Links problems. The person who I got in touch with was the guy by the name of Deon. He quoted me for Front and Rear Shocks and Stabilizer Links R4700. But soon as my sister went there to book the Car he changed the quotation for The Front and Rear and Said he will be charging the Front for R4700. Complete Dishonesty. He also failed to inform us that he didn't get the correct parts, as a result he closed shop went home, didn't inform us. We had no car, we had to cancel Saturday plans to go and fetch the car, which wss still not repaired Saturday Morning. Bad Customer Service and Lack of Taking Responsibility.

Scam company, do not use
Owner Suhail Badat arrived to install outdoor beams without proper equipment eg a spade. Kept asking for more money as deposit to purchase the beams apparently, then never came back to install, stopped answering phone calls. Promised to refund me and still has not two weeks later. SCAM ARTIST. He was recommended to me by Security Hyperstore Overport
