Auto premium car sales ****mers
Good Day people...Please don't buy cars from this dealership in Newlands, I am struggling to get my money back from the owner Naeem which I paid him to fix a car that I bought from him with no airbag, hooter and aircon.I paid him R5000 to fix it all, and I told him that I want my money back to fix the car myself but he keep on telling that he is going send the money but doesn't and he rejects my calls which tells me that he does care about his customers and he is also refusing to give my car papers for a car that he sold to me and he.

PLEASE PEOPLE I BEG YOU NOT TO BUY CARS FROM AUTO PREMIUM CAR SALES IN NEWLANDS,THE OWNER NAEEM IS A ***** AND LIES TO GET SALES, I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM IN JANUARY AND TWO DAY AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR I'VE NOTICED THE CAR WAS IN AN ACCIDENT AND THE CAR HAD NO AIRBAG,NO HOOTER AND NO AIRCON,SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THEM

Dishonest Car Dealership
An absolute dishonest dealership in Main Road Newlands Johannesburg Owner Naeem Jawoodeen Cel 061 013 0545 No valid email Not registered as a used car dealership Not registered as a legal entity Not registered with SARS Bought a Mercedes Vehicle Problems from day one Reported matter to the Motor Trade Ombudsman. They could not not not even get a response from this elusive dishonest character . Finally got judgement for contravention of Consumer Protection Act in the small claims court Served a warrant of execution Now pleads poverty says he has no assets to attach Drives a BMW X6 lives in a fancy house Be Warned Any advice of how to pursue this dishonest person/ business owner will b appreciated
