Awesome, on point customer service!!!

My vehicle was hit by a buck and was damaged on the side and front of the vehicle After looking at google reviews, I decided to make use of Auto Trust - Port Elizabeth

From the start they were professional, friendly, the staff knew what they had to do and how to do it. they even dropped me off at AVIS to pick up my rental as a added customer service.

They make use of a online system, which gives you frequent updates and photos of the repairs being done.

I received updates every second day. They gave me peace of mind that my vehicle was in good hands and was attended to.

The vehicle was booked in on the 26/11/2019, estimated completion date was the 12/12/2019. my vehicle was ready on the 06/12/2019.

I will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone, was such a pleasure to have been working with them.
