i will always miss the service received from the past three to four years of taking my car to Volvo supergroup midrand . i was so upset after hearing that the dealership is closed and i dont know if the next service maintenance will done properly/accordingly hence Mr Silvestor, Vishay , Innocent ,Luthando, Service Manager and all the teams from the car wash department assuring that my car leaves the dealership ,cleaned thoroughly and smelling like a brand new . I pray and wish everyday that the dealership can be reopened and take my car again for the next service maintenance in 2026 as i am unable to drive to Bedfordview/Fourways due to distance . Former Team Midrand supergroup keep up with the best service offered to us in general. will miss your outmost customer service experienced.

I have been taking my V40 to Auto Baltic Midrand for service and General repairs for some years now. The service from the guys there is outstanding, Sylvester is amazing and not forgetting the driver Andries who drops me off and fetches me from my place to collect the car once done. My car is in good hands at Volvo Midrand

I have been taking my V40 to Auto Baltic Midrand for service and General repairs for some years now. I recently had a regrettable experience at Auto baltic Volvo Midrand that compelled me to share my dissatisfaction. Despite my expectations for professional service, the encounter was marred by misdiagnosis and subpar customer service. The misdiagnosis of my car issue resulted in unnecessary expenses and a prolonged period of inconvenience. The lack of attention to detail and failure to accurately identify the problem reflects poorly on the dealership's competence. Moreover, the customer service exhibited during this process left much to be desired. Communication was inadequate, and the staff seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns promptly. This lack of responsiveness and accountability further added to my frustration. In light of this experience, I find it challenging to recommend Auto baltic Volvo Midrand to others seeking reliable and customer-centric service. I hope my feedback encourages the dealership to reevaluate its practices and prioritize customer satisfaction in the future.

After having a fairly seamless purchase of a car a Volvo Midrand. The nonsense started we are three weeks down the road and I still cannot get the car licence disc out of them. It’s excuses and blaming a third party. Surely it could not take more than a day at max to sort this out. All the praises and top ratings are out the window I retract all ratings that I gave this branch.

I am on my 4th Volvo car and one of the reasons I have stayed with them has been because of the after sales service. Roelof used to be the service manager and was fantastic. I am currently having my windscreen replaced because of a stone that shattered it. It needs to be recalibrated by Volvo - firstly it has taken an hour to get hold of someone to actually answer a phone. I asked why their prices are double what Volvo Silverlakes charge - Hannlie's answer: those are our rates. When telling them that they are ripping me and that she is leaving me no choice but to take my car to another Volvo garage - she said it's my choice. I tell you now, it will be the last Volvo I purchase and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from Auto Baltic Midrand. Pathetic service!!!! a complete disappointment after I have always recommend them.

I purchased brand new Volvo V40 T4 for my wife in 2014, and the car had all sorts of technical problems. Instead of replacing car, Auto Baltic Midrand waited for car to be out of Motorola before they could tell me there is nothing they could do. Driven by family protection, I replaced the car with another demo Volvo in 2017. Recently my wife took the car in with engine warning sign. After 2 weeks of holding the car, the service manager and his assistance called me in, to tell me the problem was water in the petrol tank, and motor plan does not cover such...R12 000 invoice with R9 000 being labour, when it costs only R2000 to clean tank external service provider. Strange enough, all my cars fills up at same filling stations, and never had this problem. I had similar problem with my previous Volvo from same dealership.

Autobaltic Midrand what a terrible service, took my car for safety check on 18.12.2018 and a week later i had issues with the engine check light on and coolant issues. i called them as i was on holiday with my family and they said they would call me back. its 24 January 2019 Michael Govender worst service manager ever. Dont go there if you want your car in good shape. Worst mechanics ever.
